The Idea

It all starts with the idea. Maybe you have a plot of land which you've dreamt about building a home on. Maybe you already have your dream home but a pool house at the end of the garden would make it truly perfect. Or perhaps you work from home but would get so much more done in a secluded garden room...

Get in Contact

Even if you don't really know where to start, pick up the phone and we'll be there to give you guiding hand. Whether thats to talk through one of our previous projects or perhaps help you imagine your own.

We like to keep you on board the whole way. Whether it's a cantilevered porch or specifics of the cladding materials. We'll guide you through the process streamlining the design as we go.

One of the many benefits of timber framed buildings is the off site construction ensuring short build times, site cleanliness and a beautifully finished project.

The benefits of timber frame continue into the build process. The pre made panels for most builds are usually delivered and erected within 2-5 days. Which streamlines the rest of the build a process too.

An average timber framed construction takes somewhere around 2 weeks from start to finish. When compared to a standard block and brick build of the same size which would usually take significantly longer This means we can build to a delivery date which you can rely on and work around.

We like to photograph our projects along the build process so you can look back and see how the project progressed. Once the project is finished we love to come back to capture the building as it was designed to be used.

White Lodge

Passive building is essentially the gold standard for energy efficiency within new buildings regulations and the leads the international design standard for: Zero Carbon, Low Energy, Sustainable buildings. Originally the 'Passivhaus' tehnology comes from Germany. In simple terms the building is wrapped in a membrane to reduce air transfer from outside. Then by reusing residual heat generated from electrical and gas appliances such ovens, refrigerators, computers and light bulbs the building is heated without the need for central heating.

Being a first time self builder can be daunting but Paul and the team walked us through a complicated build with patience and understanding.

Garden Rooms

With space at an ever increasing premium in our modern lives, garden rooms are a great way to extend the lifespan of our home. Whether it's an expanding family or the need for peace and quiet, we could all use a little extra space in our homes and lives. The use of garden rooms range widely from home office to yoga studio or overflow guest room with en suite facilities. As timber framed specialists we pride ourselves in spaces which are useable year round with all of the thermal values and noise reduction properties of our full sized projects.
