Due to the complexity of the design, the need for accuracy and the desire to keep the glulam clean and the insulation dry, we constructed this curved feature porch in our factory environment and then dropped it into place with our specialist transport. The curved section lead roll was laminated from many strips of ply to ensure it could bend around the profile. Can you tell which is solid lead roll and which is the profile we machined?! We can't wait to see what it looks like fully glazed with the lead roof complete
